Advertising measurement

Kent Gush uses Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure page visits and build advertising retargeting audiences. Meta receives page URLs, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or confirmed enquiries. You can accept or reject advertising tracking and change your choice through Cookie settings. Essential site functions remain available either way.

The KGP Meta Pixel reports PageView events. These can support advertising measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. A visit or a click to WhatsApp or a property portal is not a confirmed enquiry. No customer lists, advanced matching or server-side conversion uploads are enabled by this installation.

Consent and withdrawal

Advertising tracking stays off in consent-required regions, including South Africa, the EEA, UK and Switzerland, until you accept. We use a same-site country lookup; if the country is unknown, we ask for consent. Elsewhere tracking may operate unless you reject it or your browser signals a privacy opt-out. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

Use Cookie settings below to change your choice at any time. Opening settings does not change it. Withdrawal stops further Pixel reporting and removes accessible Meta advertising cookies; it does not undo data already sent. We store your choice, a random visitor reference, the time, country and the exact notice and options shown in this browser, retaining earlier acceptance evidence when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local records.

Cookies and recipients

Meta Platforms receives permitted advertising signals through its Pixel and may process them outside South Africa. Advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may identify a browser or an ad referral. The Pixel can also receive browser/device details, IP address and the page URL. We remove query details before activating the Pixel and do not send names, emails or phone numbers. Hatch Media manages Kent Gush’s advertising and may use the associated advertising reports and permitted audiences.

Enquiries and external websites

WhatsApp, Property24 and Kent Gush’s agent website are separate services with their own privacy policies. This page does not collect an enquiry form or read messages sent there. Tagged campaign links may pass campaign source information to those destinations.
